An authentic, unique building, of classic construction, the kind that will no longer be built. Thick brick walls on a massive stone foundation, double wooden windows, concrete structure, rooms with thick wooden flooring. A typical provincial family house from the region of northern Italy, southern France and Germany, brought to our country at the beginning of the last century for public needs. In the photos, despite the simple furnishing, one can sense the styling of this classic European design. The building consists of two residential floors of 250 m2 each, solid brick masonry resting on a basement of 250 m2, massive stone masonry – so the total built-up area is 750 m2. The park is 4000 m2 with about a hundred large trees and lawns.

Two floors, each with two spacious rooms of about 40 m2, one nice room each, as well as a utility room. The basement is used as a dining room, kitchen and storage. The ceiling heights in the basement are 3m, and 3.20m on the two floors.

The park, protected from the east wind by a brick wall, has over 100 large trees, lindens, mulberries, walnuts, cherries, acacias, wild cherries, cherry plums, medlars, grapes; rich soil, suitable for vegetables, spices and herbs, presence of groundwater.

Beautiful nature, the basin of the Kamchia River, among large and preserved forests, a 24 km reservoir, 45 minutes from the wild beaches of Shkorpilovtsi and the mouth of the Kamchia River. Hunting grounds and fishponds. The area is within the protected zones – Kamchia Mountain, Kamchia Longoz Forests and Kamchia Sands. The famous Sherba hunting estate is here. The exceptional archaeology of the Sava Culture, the beginning of European civilization, 5000-7000 years BC, lies at the foundations of the small, purely Bulgarian village, with good hosts working in Varna. The property is easy to maintain, requiring a housekeeper and gardener half a working day, a few times a week. It is suitable both as a provincial estate and as an investment project.
