Maisonette in Altea, Alicante (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms)

New construction of 14 detached villas in the prestigious Altea Hills neighborhood. Each villa has its own pool and sun terrace. There is also a communal pool for the enjoyment of residents.

The villas are impressively sized — over 200 sq.m of built-up area. They are spread across two above-ground levels, a basement, and a roof terrace with panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

On the ground floor there is a welcoming foyer with access to the garage. This level also features a spacious living/dining room connected directly to an open-plan kitchen, as well as a guest bedroom and bathroom.

On the first floor you will find three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite). The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and access to a terrace of approximately 10 to 20 sq.m, depending on the villa type. This terrace is also accessible from the second bedroom. All three bedrooms face outward and have large windows offering a picturesque view of the mountains and the sea.

This modern villa complex is strategically located close to the historic quarter of Altea, water parks, beaches, a marina, and a golf club, among other attractions.

Each villa is built with high-quality materials and impeccable craftsmanship. Handover of the keys is scheduled for June 2024.
