Continuing downward, we find another platform with the rest of the house’s rooms. A total of three spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and terrace occupy this space.

The third level is occupied by the living area. Two separate zones — a living-dining room and a kitchen, which can be merged via the sliding door that separates them. Leaving a single open space that connects directly to the exterior through four sliding panels. A seamless space between indoors and outdoors, allowing you to enjoy the house with the breeze and the views from outside.

Finally, the basement has a large space for relaxation, a games room, TV and bar, as well as a gym. Both rooms are flooded with light that filters in through the pool openings, filtered through the shimmer of the water.
