We have a plot to suit every taste, all with incredible views, and all include mains water + electricity in the price, as well as access to high-speed internet.

All houses include 2 m of stamped concrete around the pool (colour and pattern to choose), 1 m around the house, fenced entrance, 3,000 sqm of fencing, pre-installed ducted air conditioning, standard kitchen, security door, German tilt-and-turn windows (or sliding, if preferred), built-in fireplace and chimney, pre-installation for TV and internet, gravel driveway plus a few metres around the house, septic tank.

The bathrooms include a shower column, shower/bath or bathtub, vanity units with basin (various colours to choose from) with sinks, taps and mirrors, plus a large selection of wall tiles.

Wide choice of ceramic floor tiles, various colours, wood effect, etc.

The kitchens include cabinets with standard doors and handles, as per the plans provided, a stainless steel sink and tap, pre-installation for oven, dishwasher, extractor hood. Various granite worktops to choose from included in the budget, other stone worktops available as extras. White goods are not included.

The beautiful and thriving town of Pinoso is located about 45 minutes inland from Alicante and the white beaches of the Costa Blanca, close to the border between Murcia and Alicante.

Its population is just under 8,000. Pinoso, also known as El Pinós, is named after the pine trees covering the mountain ranges in the area. Pinoso offers a Spanish rural way of life, with no traffic lights, almost no traffic, with practically the only jams caused by tractors carrying grapes to the winery. The fields are planted with vineyards, almonds and olives. In February, the fields fill with pink almond blossom.

Pinoso has many bars, restaurants and shops, a new 24-hour medical centre, dentists, 2 primary schools and 1 secondary school, a theatre. There is an excellent sports centre with outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, football pitches and a gym, a library and many other facilities, including a beautiful picnic area among the pines, with barbecues, seating areas and running water.
