Various legal plots are available to choose from (rustic, with a minimum of 10,000 sq.m), some within walking distance of town, some completely secluded, and the most popular ones are 5-10 minutes by car from town. We have a plot for every taste, all with amazing views and all with water and electricity included in the price, as well as high-speed internet available. The listed price includes €30,000 for the plot. If the chosen plot costs more, the difference is paid separately.

All houses include a 2-meter stamped concrete terrace around the pool (color and pattern of your choice), 1 meter around the house, a fenced entrance, 3,000 sq.m of fencing, pre-installation for ducted air conditioning, a standard kitchen, a security door, German tilt-and-turn windows (or sliding windows if preferred), a built-in fireplace (traditional finish), pre-installation for TV and internet, a gravel path around the house, and a septic tank.

The bathrooms include a column shower system, shower tray or bathtub, bathroom sinks (various colors to choose from) with basins, taps and mirrors, as well as a wide selection of wall tiles.

The kitchens include cabinets with standard doors and handles, a stainless steel sink and tap, pre-installation for oven, dishwasher and extractor hood. Choice of several granite countertops. Appliances are not included.

You can customize the house to your taste, most interior changes are free, and you can choose finishes for tiles, kitchen countertops, marble for the stairs or shelves, etc. The houses can be extended and we can even build your own design. You can add various extras such as a larger pool, single or double garage, guest house, etc., for an additional price.

The town of Pinoso is located approximately 45 minutes inland from Alicante and the white sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca, and close to the border with Murcia, Alicante.

It has a population of just under 8,000 people. Pinoso, also known as El Pinós, owes its name to the pine trees covering the mountains in the area. Pinoso offers a rural Spanish way of life, with no traffic lights and almost no traffic. Practically the only traffic jams are caused by tractors transporting grapes to the winery. The fields are planted with vineyards, almond and olive trees. In February, the fields are filled with pink almond blossom.

Pinoso has many bars, restaurants and shops, a new 24-hour medical center, dentists, two primary schools and one secondary school, as well as a theater. There is an excellent sports center with outdoor pools, tennis courts, football pitches and a gym, a library and many other facilities, including a beautiful picnic area among the pine trees, with barbecues, seating and running water.
